The discography of English singer-songwriter Noah Gray consists of one studio album and six singles (including one promotional) and four music videos.

Gray rose to prominence as a contestant on the third season of Spotlight Idol, coming in second place to the season's winner Lauren Drew. Immediately following his elimination, Gray released his first single, "Leave This Behind", with a record deal backing from Revolution Music Group. The track became an immediate success, debuting at No. 1 with downloads of 317,000 copies. With the season finale of Idol lining up with the profitable Christmas digital music week, "Leave This Behind" boosted to all-time high sales of 635,000 downloads in one week - beating out winner Lauren Drew's own single "How the River Runs (Stand Tall)", which opened at No. 2 with 589,000 downloads. "Leave" went on to break numerous other records, most notably having the longest-running time at No. 1 on the Arena Chart Company's Sound 30 singles chart. A large sales run, consisting of five non-consecutive weeks atop the digital chart and eleven consecutive weeks total in the top two positions, and a heavily successful remix ended with "Leave" achieving digital sales of 5,245,000 downloads - the highest for a solo act.

The success of "Leave" culminated with the release of Gray's debut album, Innuendo, in March 2013. The album instantly debuted at No. 1 with sales of 898,000 copies - the highest first-week sales for any artist, at the time, breaking the record of 729,000 copies by Robyn Lee's sophomore album Letters from a Nomad, and succeeded by MomentuM's 1-million opening Equilibrium four months later. Alongside the album's release came second single "One" which achieved similar chart success to "Leave", reaching No. 1 and selling over 5 million downloads, making Gray the first and thus far only artist to produce two 5x Platinum singles from one album and overall. Third single "Secure & Sound" released in August 2013, likewise topped the chart and moved 4.5 million downloads. The track spend nine non-consecutive weeks atop the Sound 30, though the majority of these weeks were statistically mocked up by the Arena Chart Company during a downtime in their systems and the industry.

An industry resurgence in the Summer of 2014 saw Gray continue to promote Innuendo with a fourth single, "One Thing (Johnny's Song)", which became the fourth chart-topping single from Innuendo. Minimal promotion and another industry downtime saw the single stall at just over 1 million downloads, resulting in his lowest official single release from the album. The industry picked up once again in February 2015 with a fifth single being pushed from the album, "What You Gonna Do". The track debuted with just over 100,000 downloads with little to no promotion from Gray in its first week. However, it rose to No. 1 in its second week granting the fifth consecutive chart-topper from Innuendo, a feat not done since Ethan Randall's 2010 sophomore album Risky Business - which ultimately pushed six singles to the top of the charts.

With the long-lasting success of its singles, Innuendo has sold 6.4 million copies to date - the third best-selling album of all time.
